Only one person can vote for the organisation, so please clarify in advance who this person is. Furthermore, the payment of the membership fee of the running year is a prerequisite for the voting right. Please make sure your membership fee has already been paid.

The fee includes, according to your choices, meals incl. coffee breaks, concerts and performances on Friday and/or on Saturday, and participation in different events during the weekend. IMPORTANT: the fee does NOT include accommodation. Each participant is responsible for their own accommodation. Please see invitation for more details.
